Account Suspension

Hi Guys,

 

Our account was suspended a couple of days ago. As far as I know there is no phone number that can be reached to resolve this issue. I have filled out the form on Google Adwords support site but haven't received a response yet. In the meantime our site is suffering.

 

The suspension email is very generic. It gives no hint about which specific policy might have been violated. We are a legitimate business and if a policy was indeed violated it was not intentional. Can someone give us a few more details on this so that we can rectify this situation?

Please copy / paste here the suspension email received from Google; and share the URL
Do not include any personal info (e.g. Email, CID...)
