Account Suspension but no Disapproved Ads

Hi,

 

After email, chat and phone functions of the ad help haven't helped me I'm no further on to get my account suspension removed.

 

I have used the tools and I cannot see why I have recently been suspended, especially as the ads had been running for a while.

 

The message I've got is 'We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies.' and there are no disapproved ads listed.

 

I have also read through the terms under here and cannot see why the Ads have created a suspended account https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6008942?hl=en&rd=2

 

Any help would be greatly received.

Hi there;
What was the reason for suspension mentioned in the email received from Google? (Look for this email - it is the key for understanding the issue)
Please share the URL of the site suspended.

Hi,
The reason was 'Your AdWords account has been suspended because it doesn't comply with our Advertising Policies and our AdWords Terms and Conditions'.
And the URL that the advert directs to is:
http://www.booking.com/hotel/gb/chelmsford-executive-apartment.en-gb.html?label=gen173nr-1FCAEoggJCA...

There was an email mentioning a specific section in violation. Look for this email
Are you promoting booking as an affiliate?

The first email said:

The second email I got after questioning further was:

And the reason I advertise to booking.com is because that is my property that I advertise on booking.com and we take most of our booking through booking.com

Clearly there was, here, a severe violation of the TOS.
Since you cannot modify the landing page, (this controlled by "booking"), then either the business practices or billing issues were the cause.
Since you already appealed, and the appeal was rejected - I don't think we can help.

How much (or little) Ad spend do you have on this suspended account?

This will be a factor that Google take into account with their suspensions.

Spend, budget, CPC... Are not a factor (even not a slight one)  when accounts are suspended.

In terms of policy - all accounts are equal.
