Account Suspension - Billing verification / policy violation

Hello,

I had been running ads succesfully for sometime until today when I logged on there was this message saying '

Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified.' so I contacted the Adwords team thorugh the contact form in the Learn more link and got a response that says:

While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies
in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately
been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.

Now I am confused weather it is a billing verification issue or policy violation issue, I also believe i am following the policy guidelines and my ads were having 10/10 quality score for many keywords and most of the rest are above 7/10 with landing page, keyword relevance on the average and above average. I do not have any active accounts double serving and the only thing I can think of is I recently deleted my old card information and after updating with a new card information that is under another name, I did not update address with information as was in the new card. Was this the issue or am I violating Ad policy, if so in what ways?

Thanks

Hello Community, I thought I will drop by since our account got unsuspended few days back and today got email from adwords team confirming the re-review. I want to thank Moshe for helping me in pinpointing the reason for our suspension, and yes it looks like the social Iframes were to blame even though Google did not officially state it in the mail Smiley Happy But it sure took quite sometime for them to get it up and running Smiley Happy  Hope this will help others having similar issues.

So about 2 hours back I got the below email from Support team, still not sure where I got it wrong, hope someone will be able to help me on this. Thanks.

Thank you for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed your accounts and have determined that our decision is correct and final. As a result, your account, and any related accounts you may have created, have been suspended.

NEXT STEPS

- Our support team is unable to provide any further information on this matter.

- Please refrain from creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subject to the same suspension.

The AdWords Terms and Conditions state that Google reserves the right to stop running any ads when deemed necessary. You can review these Terms and Conditions here: https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder.

We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your understanding.

Hello;

Sorry for the late delay ...(the community is busy lately... Smiley Happy )

Your site violates the mirroring and framing section of the Policy;

So it must be:

Mirroring - It can also refer to making a website that returns the same exact search results as another site.

Since our two websites are about holidays, it will return similar results in SERPS, they are definitely not identical mirrors, one is our Tour Operator official site and the other one is supposed to be a Holiday Guide along with booking features, if this is what you have refered to as our violation does it mean we have to take one down in order to eligible for advertising on google? Hope you will clarify this a bit more. Thanks.

Check your code. It includes "framing". I am not a programmer, but when Google's robot scanned your site, framing commands were found. Consult your website programmer.

If I recall correctlly, we have already had an issue with this site on this community....

The site's code will have to be in full compliance with the Policy, before you can re-submit it for a recheck. (Assuming that there were no past suspensions. If there were - it's a whole new game...)

The only IFRAME we have is for the facebook social plugin and this is the first time we had issue an like this with our website on Adwords, I don't konw how Google can classify that as violating the Mirror Policy, maybe they are doing it on purpose because Facebook is a competitor and a looming threat or even maybe because the robot cannot differentiate between social plugins and ripping off content from other people's websites? So you think we need to remove the plugin and re-submit for a check? Also we never got a prior warning or email before suspension and since google is keeping us in the dark I was hoping the community can atleast help in finding where we broke the 'laws' so we can ammend it and comply with it. Do you not think it can fall under having sites that trigger similar search engine results since their is a clause on mirror policy page that mentions so.

I see: I need to consult with an html code specialist on that; (could be that the command "confused" the bot....)

I will get back to you

Thank you, if this has to do with the social Iframe plugin it will be very valuable for the web developers and community as a whole if anyone can confirm this becuase in that case many websites that use the Iframe version of the plugin will be unkowingly at risk from suspension at any given time without notice?

OK;

You are correct

The iframe is not the reason.

I am referring the case to Google asking  for a recheck;

Thank you Moshe but maybe I found out why it was suspended, I have had two different domains in one ad group so that should be against policy, now the problem is I have cancelled the acount and reactivated it again (this acount has been cancelled still shows on the red bar along with the suspension message, even though from the change history it shows 'Status changed from Disabled to Active'), deleted all my campaigns and all the keywords. I went through all the campaigns and ads, found this out, also there was one ad that was disapproved some time back (reason: inaccurate display URL, I have at that time did not correct and resubmit for review). Now this ad with the other domain was deleted again a few days back so there is no way I can edit it make it same as the domain in other ads in this ad group. Hope you will have a better idea now as to why we were suspended and how shall I proceed in order to comply with the One display URL domain per ad group Policy? I have plenty of ads from one domain and just one ad (which was deleted) from the other domain. Now what needs to be done here?
