i am seeing new strange message in my friends new adwords account....its says " Your account is suspended - We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies " but when i check with the status of the adds is still Approved and keyword status still showing " The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads" ......please help I am not an administrator of that account, two days before one of my friend from Canada was send me the invitation for standard user access of his adwords account so i am managing that account on his behalf from my location. Actually that account i am managing its just a 7 days old account if fact yesterday I just created a first campaign in that account and waiting for adwords review to complete ........Is there any error ? or someting is really wrong with the account ?, i cant understand please help

Hello there;

Most likely the account is suspended. The question is what are the repeated violations? ( e.g. too many ads disapproved, too many landing pages in violation,  ...etc..)

Please share the website URL

sorry sir for my late response actually i was out of town, ok lets come on the issue as i can see now in my campaign the message in red flag ( exact message in that flag is " We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies" ) still there & everything is same like two days before and also me or the main administrator of this account didn't received any mail yet regarding the suspension from Google team.......I contacted adwords apecialist via phone and they said approval team done some correction and now everything is looks fine as per of campaign concern and provided me a link for appeal against that suspension. but i really cant understand what policies are violated please have a check on my website and let me know if i need to do any correction there so i can ask my web developer to do that
