Account Suspended due to violation of advertising policy?!

My site is www.wizcostume.com. For some reason google suspended my account after the first day i tried to put on an ads, saying that I have violated the advertising policy. I have been going through the policies and do not find which parts I am violating.. Anyone could help please? I'm moving from an anger to depressed stage now Smiley Sad

Did you receive an actual policy that you violated?  Can you post the email here for us (minus any personal information)?

They did not say which one and when I called and asked them they refused to disclose which policy I have violated exactly... Here's the email I get:
