Account Suspended - We never violated ToS

Hello

 

Our Google Adwords account got suspended, this is what we have received in e-mail: 

 

"Our specialists have re-reviewed your accounts and have determined that our decision is correct and final. As a result, your account, and any related accounts that you may have created, have been suspended."...

 

We have never violated ToS, we don't advertise anything illegal - just a small private locksmith company. Ads were ok too, were running for about a month without a change. We tried to call them and send e-mails, but all they say is that decision is final, and nothing can be done. I kindly asked what did we do wrong, they don't have an answer.

 

The adwords was a huge source of traffic for us, this is a big punch for the business.

What can be done now?

Hi 24loksmith, your website is a little... odd.  For example your contact details are incomplete and your main contact number is a mobile phone?

 

That aside, I can't see anything that would obviously cause a breach of the Policies, although Moshe is better at spotting these than me.  I would ask whether you've ever had another Adwords account.  What was the full text of the message you received from Google?

Yes, the website might look a bit odd, there are still bits and peaces to be finished, but however I've checked their ToS and there is nothing what can seriously affect my adwords. It's very annoying that they don't tell what's the problem is, makes me feel like the don't even know it.

Hi 24loksmith,

 

My understanding is a TOS violation is due to egregious and/or repeated problems.

 

1.  Have you EVER had another AdWords Account or someone else manage/run and AdWords Account for you?

2.  Did you receive any warnings, disapproval notices or anything suggesting there could be a potential issue?

 

I know you don't want to hear this but Google doesn't just suspend accounts for no reason, they lose revenue too.  You can read more about what goes into this process in this recent Inside AdWords Blog Post

 

Also, Google cannot disclose certian parts of their review process due to security reasons.  If they exposed their processes to the world, the really bad folks would have more ammo to manipulate the system.

Hello; I am back;

My experience with locksmith is that the suspension is usually due to advertiser claims section of the Policy

Are you standing behind the 30min response time 24hrs?
