Account Suspended - How can I verify my billing information?

Hi, I just got an email from Google stating that my account was suspended because they can't verify my billing information. 

 

This is ridiculous, i used my real information.  How can I verify my billing information and appeal this decision?

If everything is fine from your end, then I would suggest you to fill in this form - https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/pf_suspended

You may contact your local AdWords support team to get this resolved. Any new account can go under review so that we can verify billing information - if you contact your local support team, Adwords Specialist can help you
