Account Suspended Due To Incorrect Billing Information

Hi

 

Approximately two weeks ago, my AdWords account was suspended. The reason given was that the billing information could not be verified. However, this information has not changed at all and is up to date. I already filed an appeal, but have not received a response thus far. I do not have multiple AdWords accounts. If anyone could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated.

Does that mean I'm banned for life with no recourse? Is there anything I can do? I just don't understand what I did wrong.

Have you tried phoning them via the contact button in top right corner of this page?

 

Generally a suspension is non-reversible, unless it' a very rare case. Do they maybe suspect you of fraud or something? Seems a bit harsh if it really is just because you didn't verify your billing in time.

Hi Steve,

 

As Jack said above, if the account is suspended, it's rare that the suspension will be removed unless the account got suspended by mistake.

 

If the Adwords support team has re-reviewed it and found the violation, then it's really unfortunate.

Calling google would not be a solution as you'll get an automated response that this account is suspended and u won't get to talk to a real human.

This email doesn't have an error reconsideration link so I fear that Jack and pankaj are right and this may be a permanent suspension.

But is there a way you can tell us your website and business model, so that any one of us can check for possible website violation and can suggest you further about what can be done.
However I would recommend you to go through all the policies yourself too, just to make sure that the website is google policy compliant. This would take time but anything is worth if that can get you back to business,
