Account Issue Please help really lost

We wanted to try something new and we opened up an adwords account to bring traffic to our site. We went ahead and created a custom landing page had it implemented and started an adwords campaign. After 3 days I paused the addwords campaign as this is the first time we have done it and I wanted to do a little more research before we kept spending more money. Before I can do anything I received the email below. A little background we run a legitmate ecommerce website selling diamond engagement rings. We have been in business since 1980 and have over 32137 ebay feedbacks, A rating with the BBB, and have never run and adwords campaign before.  Can someone let me know if there is anything i can do i see all these services out there are they just scammers or is it legitimate? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was shocked and little disappointed I really thought we would be able to make this a viable venue to drive new traffic to ecommerce site. I sent another email to follow up to give me reason so i can fix it if i decide to go else where and I receive this email no info except we kicked you off and you can come back.

Can I get a reason this happened I did nothing illegal or deceptive? I really would like the reason this happened I was only on adwords for like 3 days.

Google does not disclose the reason. The only information available is that your request for a re-check was accepted and a senior specialist did look  at the case, and found the suspension justified.

Nothing else could be done at this point.
