Hi to all Pro's,

 I would like to ask a question related to my account. Facts :

- URL : http://goo.gl/1u0qMW

- it's my first account, never used AdWords for myself or as a setup for another company

- I made just 2 ads with this meaning :

Title: Keyword analysis
Line1 : Try Different Keyword Analysis.
Line2 : Keyword Popularity in Countries

 

- I have read AdWords policies and I think I undertand them. What I gave attention as the most visible things here in forums :

  - information harvesting - not applicable. I need only email/password, payments are made using Paypal

  - business model - I provide API after buying credits, no free gifts etc.

  - privacy, terms - all on page

  - contact information - clearly available on the page

  - data - comes from our statistical work, based on internet crawl, combined with large Hadoop jobs, word N-grams and much more. So no reselling of AdWords API (I do not have access).

 

The result :

- 0 pageviews

- 5 days of ,,account under review for billing and security"

- after chat with support, suspension email :

After I sent my appeal with fully describing my business model & sending my Passport ID copy just to be sure it's OK, since it was related to billing on first sight, the result is this one :

So, from what I have seen here from threads, I can send appeal again, but to be honest, I do not know what's the problem now. I know only about a smaller technical issues, where it was not possible to sign in for a few hours, just during the manual review, but I think it's not the problem. Or, is it related to webmaster guidelines, where this website can be taken as a try to ,,decompile" G's search algorithms or resell Adords data?

Hi,
there was no outcome - after 5 days of ,,under review" the account falled into suspended mode, nothing between.

Since the initial issue was a billing issue, and immediately after, the account was suspended, my assumption is that the suspension is due to billing, and not due to the website. Though I could be wrong. You are offering an analysis tool. This is fine with the Policy.
On a second thought, since this case is ambiguous - I will escalate it to Google. Do not fill in the form for now.
