One of my clients wants to advertise about his tourism business advertising for an area called Kashmir in India. His display URL is: http://visitkashmir.net/HolidayinKashmir.aspx & his landing URL would be: http://visitkashmir.net/HotelsinKashmir.aspx Would it be a case of keyword stuffing in the URL by any chance?

Hello Vineet

Unfortunately only Google can say for sure when it come to SEO. I would think for the URL you should be ok. Is there a particular reason you chose a different page for the Target and Display URL?

Yes...I wanted customers to land straight on the Hotels page because they
my client has a good collection of hotels to offer & that's what customers
look for I guess.

I would suggest using the same link for the display and target url. You won't get any benefit for having two diferent links up there.
