I have an account Customer ID:376-212-4434 willing to pay whatever it cost to be number 1 in several fields,

was told to expect call next day nothing happenend , waited 2 days and called back, another assistant tried resolving

issues but said she would get the original assistant to help , nothing happenend, sent email to first assistant , no reply, waited and called again, they will get the first assistant to call back , nothing happenend. I have many accounts for different customers

never had a problem , 02 KAT BUENASEDA  kbuenaseda@google.com is the assistant or non assistant in this case.

Seems no one else is capable of picking up her non service, meanwhile the customer is ready to walk taking all his business

beleiving I am incapable, seriuosly hate relying on other people before I deliver my product. Used to deal with a great rep

now I cant get any service un beleivable but true, thats not to say the ad words work in general seems crazy to line up ,

pay top dollar for a few clicks that amount to nothing but my customers want to be seen at the top regardless.

From now on I am steering clear of recommending to customers , also told I would get a $100 voucher never happenend,

If someone from google Adwords reads this please investigate, and call me 0434 547 225 before I get extremely irrate
