Have the same. I spent today over 1,5 h on a chat with adwords support. Thay told me that i have problem with some kind of tracker on my website. I don't understand what are thay taalking about and thay are not able to explain why the diferrent Ads Group works without any problem.

Did you find the solution ?

Hi,

in my case the adwords support has no answer for the problem.
i tested the ad again, but i removed the link to the jquery-1.7.1.min.js and
and put in the javascript data to my zip for the upload.
It works! I think in my case it was the problem that https://jquery.com is not on the list of
the certified 3rd party vendors. See here: https://support.google.com/3pascertification/table/4570113
