1 week, 2 appeals... still the account is suspended

Its been 1 week and continuously i been sending my account for appeal and they never answer what violation is my account under. i am about to close my business. can anyone here help me whats wrong? account create 3 weeks ago. it was only 1 day in these 3 weeks, i ran campaign. and then it continuously went into review twice. after 20 calls, and 2 weeks, the account goes into review 3rd time and i have been waiting more than 3 days and it never came back. Once again, after 10 calls, 3 sleepless nights, i get an email says my account is suspended due to violations. i thoroughly checked the account ads, keywords and i never seen any issue, my site is complies with google ad policies, every ad complies with policies, keywords too.. I dont understand whats the issue.

 

** I have 50 agents responsibility due to suspension of the account without any reason. And seriously, how can i resolve when google doesnt reveal whats the issue with the account?

 

Someone help me please.

It's unfortunate that your account is suspended.

 

However, did you try filling up this form and let AdWords support investigate this matter:-

Also, you would have received an email notifying what was the reason behind account suspension from AdWords support.

i have appealed through that form thrice. but there was no solution came up. i didnt even get the correct details of suspension. they only send the automated email which is as follows.

Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension. In order to request a refund please follow the steps listed in this article.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

They should revert back to you as soon as possible, however I cannot commit any timeline for that. Please be patient.

We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies.

As per the email you received, this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated.
